Some goals might be to maintain or improve our bodily form, with other goals being maintenance or improvement of our functional mobility. Whatever your fitness level is currently, there is always room for improvement in conditioning, strength, exercise tolerance. There is always an opportunity to try a new workout or a new sport that will work our body differently in order to increase fitness, for the social aspects of joining a formal or informal team sport, or to make new friends with a common interest. The guideline is always our personal level of tolerance to the exercise. We all have our reasons and motivations to lean into to keep us motivated. With this in mind, let’s take a look at several levels of self-care in terms of daily movement.
